Bluub — End User Licence Agreement

Otherdays Studio

This agreement is between you and Otherdays Studio ("we"), the maker of Bluub. By using Bluub you agree to it.

1. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bluub on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store terms. You may not copy, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows.

2. Your notes. Everything you say to Bluub is turned into text on your device and stays there. We never receive your notes, your audio, or anything about them. If you turn on iCloud backup, your notes are copied to your own iCloud Drive under your Apple Account, governed by Apple's terms. Your notes are yours. We claim no rights over them.

3. Bluub Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase made through Apple. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

4. What the app does not promise. Transcription and cleanup run on models supplied by Apple on your device. They can mishear or mis-tidy. Hold a note to see what you actually said. Do not rely on Bluub as your only record of anything important, and keep a backup of what matters.

5. No warranty. Bluub is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including lost notes. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes and ending. We may update the app and this agreement. Continuing to use Bluub after a change means you accept it. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app.

7. Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
